Orders and Deliveries

Orders

  • All orders are done online.
  • Your order will be dispatched as soon as your payment reflects, or we have received a proof of payment.

International orders

  • International orders are accepted.
  • The shipping costs will be calculated and added to your invoice manually.
  • International customers may arrange their own courier to collect as this may be a more cost-effective option.
  • Some countries levy an additional import tax on products imported from South Africa – this tax or import fee is for the buyer’s account.

Deliveries

  • We use local courier services.
  • Orders are dispatched within 1 day of receiving the order and once payment has been received.
  • Allow 3 – 5 days for delivery of your parcel depending on your area of residence.
  • For delivery to outlying and remote areas please allow 5 – 7 days for delivery.
  • Delivery to remote areas may be challenging. An alternate delivery option may be necessary such as Pargo. Delivery costs will be calculated manually for these remote areas.
  • No deliveries will be made to remote farms or mines.
  • Express delivery options, same day or overnight, depending on your area of residence and time your order is placed, are available on request. Additional courier fees may apply.
  • Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 9am – 5pm.
  • There are no deliveries on weekends or public holidays.
  • Your delivery address should be at an address where somebody you trust will be available to accept your order at any time. We do not have to prove that you personally received the goods, but rather that any person at the delivery address signed for the delivery.
  • Unforeseen circumstances, for example adverse weather, closed roads, strikes etc. could prolong the delivery time and pure2you cannot be held responsible for this occurrence.
  • ‘Late’ delivery is not grounds for a refund or cancellation of the order. However, if your delivery has not been delivered after the estimated times shown above, please contact us with your order number so that we can follow up on the matter.
  • Your delivery address may not be changed once an order has been submitted. Contact support as soon as possible should you wish to change your delivery address and we will see if we can assist.
  • Delivery address for orders that have already been dispatched cannot be changed.

Delivery fees

  • All deliveries to main centres are at a set delivery fee of R99.00.
  • Delivery costs to outlying areas will be calculated manually and added to your invoice.
  • Delivery costs to remote areas will be calculated manually and added to your invoice.

Out of stock

Should an item be temporarily out of stock please check back in a few days’ time as stock is replenished on an ongoing basis.

Missing or broken items

Should any item be missing from your order or should any item be broken you will need to contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Call us on ……………….. or email our customer support team on ………………….. with your order number and details of the product that has not been received or broken and we will gladly sort this out for you.
